1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Silent Slide ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
Silent Slide grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Silent Slide offers subscription plans (Monthly, Annual) and a Lifetime purchase option. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
- Prices may change with notice; existing subscribers keep their rate until renewal
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use Silent Slide only for:
- Controlling presentations on your own devices
- Personal and professional presentation purposes
- Lawful activities that do not infringe on others' rights
5. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to control devices without authorization
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Silent Slide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silent Slide and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
